If you’ve booked one of our nannies through Snowmass Nannies, she can personally bring the toys on her first day with your family.
If you’re not using our nanny services, or prefer standard delivery, we’ll ship your order directly to the address provided at checkout via UPS.
If you’re located in Aspen, we may also be able to offer same-day delivery — just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Aspen General Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. If your tracking information shows that the package should have arrived but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim on your behalf.
Please note that we’re unable to replace or refund items until the claim is processed and approved by the carrier. If the claim is denied, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Carrier investigations can take several weeks to resolve, and we appreciate your patience during that process.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are in unused condition and include all original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
Items that are used or missing original packaging will not be accepted. If this is the case, you’ll be notified, and it will be your responsibility to cover shipping costs if you’d like the item returned to you.
Any unclaimed, non-returnable items will be discarded after 2 weeks.
